Reporting to the Sr. AVP ESG Data Strategy and Management and working closely with Blackstone Real Estate’s ESG team, you will be a key member of the Global ESG team, responsible for helping streamline and automate global data collection, analysis, and reporting to different stakeholders. Specifically, the successful candidate will collaborate on the design, testing and implementation of technology solutions to support the global ESG data strategy. Working with the Revantage and Blackstone technology teams, you will evaluate potential solutions, manage pilots with PortCos and once finalized, help ensure a smooth roll-out of the solution.



  • Map global ESG data collection and management processes to support performance tracking, reporting and disclosure requirements at asset, portfolio company, fund or firm level.
  • Work with a variety of internal departments across Revantage and Blackstone and manage relationships across the Blackstone Real Estate network of portfolio companies, operating partners and third-party service providers, acting as a point of contact on data matters.
  • Understand Blackstone’s evolving data collection and reporting needs and support the enhancement of existing processes, tools and templates as required.
  • Develop and execute QA/QC processes to enhance the accuracy of ESG data.
  • Respond to ad hoc information requests, ensuring that actionable ESG data is readily available to colleagues across Revantage and Blackstone, as required.
  • Assist in the development of asset, company and/or fund-level reporting for internal or external purposes.
  • Keep up to date on the evolving ESG landscape, including, for example, changes to ESG reporting frameworks, standards and benchmarks and the impact of regulation on disclosure requirements.
  • Manage client relationships and provide industry insight and experience in the domains of sustainability.
  • Support communication to stakeholders as required.




  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, engineering, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience, with at least 3 years focused in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience conducting requirements and process analyses, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of Azure pipeline and Snowflake are a plus.
  • Digitally proficient and able to quickly master new software systems, and a deep interest in the role that prop-tech solutions can play in improving data coverage. Familiarity with the ESG data vendor landscape a plus.
  • A passion for ESG and a good understanding of the key scientific, regulatory, and market developments related to ESG in the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting methodologies and standards (e.g., GHG Protocol)
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, standards, and benchmarks (e.g., GRESB, IPCC reports, TCFD, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
