Why This Role Is Valuable
The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for facilitating strategic and business planning processes, delivering a broad portfolio of strategic projects, providing regional and global transformation management services, ensuring operational quality and compliance, and continuously improving operational performance to meet the evolving needs of partners and stakeholders. This role will work broadly across the organization enabling the effective delivery of the organization’s value proposition and transformation agenda.
The AVP, Transformation Management supports the development and management of the Transformation agenda, including initiative scoping and business case development, facilitating demand management and the ongoing management of the transformation project portfolio including risk management, leadership communications and portfolio optimization. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Dallas, TX
